VENDOR CHECK-IN: Please report to the Vendor Check-in Tent. Specific locations to be announced.
FESTIVAL HOURS: The 2026 festival will operate from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm, Saturday, June 13th. Vendors will be physically present and will not break down their booth until the 6:00 pm closing time. Exhibitors are responsible for setting up and dismantling their own tent booths in the designated area during the designated setup/breakdown period.
Vendors are also responsible for the maintenance and cleanup of their area. Vendors must take their trash with them. This event is Rain or Shine.
SETUP TIME: Saturday, June 13th; 10:00 am - 12:00 pm. Vendors must be set up by 12:00 pm.
UNLOADING: Arrive at the designated time. Unload your vehicle and immediately park it. Return to your booth area for setup. Do not leave your vehicle parked in the roadway while you set up. This blocks vendors behind you who are trying to unload.
BOOTH SPACE: The festival does not provide tents, tables, chairs, electrical cords, etc. Exhibitors will arrange their booths so as not to interfere with or obstruct the view of other booths. Booth spaces are assigned by the Vendor Coordinator. Vendors may use a white or other color canopy tent. No camping tents. 30lb minimum canopy weights on each tent leg is mandatory. Food vendors must have a current food vendor license and proof of insurance, a copy of which must be submitted with their application. Except for food vendors, generators are not allowed.
PAYMENT SECURITY: Take advantage of technology. If you use portable devices for credit card payments, upgrade your point of sale to process chip cards and avoid losses from fraudulent activity. Check the card’s expiration date. Ask for government-issued identification.
VENDOR CONDUCT: The West Park Arts Fest Committee wants vendors and participants to have an enjoyable day. All vendors are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and courteous manner when interacting with festival goers and fellow vendors.
The West Park Cultural Center, as presenter of the West Park Arts Fest, is not liable for damages, injury, or loss to any person or goods, from any cause whatsoever. West Park Cultural Center cannot be held responsible for any claims for damage, injury, or loss arising out of or in connection with the use of space and grounds in the festival.
