WATCH FOR 2025 CAMP GINKGO INFORMATION
WPCC has consistently offered this summer arts and nature program since 2002. This program, commencing right after the July 4 holiday, provides meaningful experiences that children have cherished for years. Children will work on special projects with professional artists, exploring visual arts, theatre, and photography. In addition to artmaking, there are field trips, swimming, and other recreational activities.
This last summer we were pleased to hold two week sof camp at the Maguire Museum (the old Barnes Foundation) at 50 Lapsley Lane. The museum is about sharing and celebrating the power of art and education with the community in their fifteen galleries. The grounds are a hidden treasure filled with magnificent specimens of rare trees, plant collections, and breathtaking blooms. The beautiful gardens and park-like spaces provide another beautiful environment for the children.
Since 2006, was held at the Fairmount Park Horticulture Center. We are thrilled to have the Maguire Museum join as a new camp host, further expanding our community collaborations and enhancing the camp experience for our participants.

Tuition is $185 per week. The cost of providing the camp exceeds our tuition. The modest fee is made possible through grants and individual donations making it possible for us to never turn a child away for financial reasons. Partial and full scholarships are available for those who qualify.
