Through this engaging program, children will explore painting and drawing, learning new skills, and building visual awareness. Exciting projects will encourage experimentation, skill development, and the celebration of individuality.

Instructors

JaBarr Graves

JaBarr is a native Philadelphian. He received a BA in Visual Arts from Chatham University in 2021. As a creative and motivated Artist with professional experience, JaBarr possesses a strong understanding of visual art and design principles and an exceptional eye for detail and color. Skilled in using a variety of mediums and techniques in painting, concept art, and illustrations, he loves to create art in many ways and teaches through various artistic practices for all ages. He enjoys meeting people and sharing experiences that, over time, have helped him develop valuable skills such as responsibility, positively working with others, and instilling a love for creativity in others. With these skills, he is eager to support arts-based learning by applying his knowledge to further creativity in the arts.
